Shipping policy

We strive to ship all orders within one business day. We’ll email you a tracking code as soon as the order is shipped. Please use this code to follow your package for the most accurate delivery time.

We ship within the United States to the contiguous 48 states and for an extra fee to Alaska and Hawaii. We are actively working on a plan to ship to Canada.

We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. Allow one business day for us to send your shipping tracking number, and then about 7 days for your order to arrive. If you have any questions please contact us!

Returns and exchanges

We take customer satisfaction seriously. We stand by our products and accept returns for items purchased on for up to 30 days after you have received the item. We cannot process returns or exchanges for our products purchased from other stores and websites. We are always available to help with defective items and hear your feedback no matter where you made a purchase.

You may initiate a return by emailing or using the chat function in the bottom right corner. Customer service representatives are actively available M-F 7am-4pm PST.

After we receive your item, we will issue a full refund back to your original payment method.

If you purchased an item through another vendor, please initiate returns and exchanges directly with whom you made the original purchase.


Our gift cards are good to use online; they also never expire or depreciate and are final sale.
