We stand by our products and accept returns for items in new and unused condition in original packaging purchased on chillwithhost.com for up to 30 days after you have received the item. Returns for items purchased outside of chillwithhost.com must be initiated with the original vendor. We are always available to help with defective items purchased on chillwithhost.com and hear your feedback.
You may initiate a return by emailing help@chillwithhost.com; please give us 24 hours to respond M-F. Customers pay return shipping for approved returns in new condition in original packaging which must include your packing slip. All returns need to have your packing slip or your refund will not be processed. Please contact customer service with any questions.
After receiving your item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds take 3-5 business days to be deposited. All shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Our gift cards can be used online; they also never expire or depreciate and are final sale. Gift Cards are exempt from discounts and promotions unless otherwise stated.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

If you purchased an item through another vendor, please initiate returns and exchanges directly with whom you made the original purchase.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
After we receive your item, we will issue a full refund back to your original payment method.
