Do you have to put water into the cooling pour spout?

Hi, thank you for showing interest in our products. You don't need to fill it with water as it has a cooling gel inside the spout. You just need to put it in the freezer for a couple of hours and then you can use it

Can I keep my ‘Cooling Pour Spout’ in the freezer and only take it out to use it and put it right back in, can I keep it in the freezer for a long time?

My 'Cooling Pour Spout' only has about 1/3 of the liquid in the tube. Does it lose liquid over time?

Hi there. It does not. The cooling gel expands to the full amount when frozen.

How much gel is supposed to be in cooling stick? I got one but the stick is only about 1/3 full of the gel. Is that ok?
