Good Stopper

I love this champagne stopper and even bought several for friends and family. I can usually pop a bottle open about three times over several days and retain the fizz.

Seems to seal large beer bottles (750ml, same size as wine bottles)

I emailed the HOST company to ask if this would work on large beer bottles, and they said no, it wouldn't. But since the inside diameter of the beer bottles was similar, and I liked the design of the stopper, I gave it a try. And it works! Just keep in mind that every time you open the bottle, you're depressurizing it, so more CO2 will end up coming out of solution each time. With that in mind, I try to finish the bottle the first time I reopen it.
